Courses Passed, but not Successfully Completed
When a student receives a passing grade in a course, but the grade is not sufficient for the course to be considered successfully completed due to the grade requirements for a given academic program, the student may receive financial aid only for the first repeat of the course. If a student earned a passing but insufficient grade receives financial aid for retaking it and fails to earn a sufficient grade to progress within the program, the student may not receive aid for taking the class a third time.
