DNPX 750 Advanced Executive Leadership I

This is the first track-specific course focused on executive leadership.  In this course, students explore systems-level executive leadership in complex healthcare settings.  Students investigate strategic leadership and project management to promote safety and quality in healthcare delivery.  Students develop innovative strategies to direct and lead change and explore the influence and policy and ethical decision-making on healthcare delivery.
