PHRM 679 IPC Fundamental

Introduces the fundamentals of patient assessment, medical terminology, laboratory values, medical charts, patient care and interprofessional collaboration in various settings of pharmacy practice. This course further develops the Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process (PPCP). Concepts learned in this course improve preparedness for Integrated Patient Care courses and provide the foundation necessary to apply concepts of pharmacotherapy.
