Withdrawal from Program:

You have the right to withdraw from a program at any time. For the purposes of determining the amount you owe for the time you attended, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the program when any of the following occurs:

1. You notify the university of your withdrawal or the actual date of withdrawal; or
2. The university terminates your enrollment; or
3. You fail to attend any classes for ten (10) consecutive school days without making prior arrangements with the University.
