NURS 420 Principles of Leadership and Management

This course teaches the concept of leadership, what makes a leader, what are the principles of good leadership and how that blends with the role of a manager. Understanding the role of nurse manager in a complex health care system and how regulatory, union, and leadership issues interact with those role responsibilities.
