OCC 644 Community and Wellness Interventions

Health, wellness, and disability prevention models apply through program creation to support the life-roles of individuals in various sociocultural, socioeconomic, and diverse communities and population. Students will demonstrate, evaluate, and plan care coordination, case management, and transition services in traditional and role-emerging practice environments. Course delivery methods for teaching and learning include face-to-face and online synchronous instruction.
