This course will develop the knowledge and skills required for patient/client management and administrative roles within healthcare delivery systems. Payment models will be analyzed for their impact on patient services, interprofessional care delivery and health promotion, organizational operations, major stakeholders, and relationship to legal and ethical decision making.
