Transfers to a New Campus
Students who have begun the coursework of one academic program may transfer to another campus at the discretion of the Executive Director at the new campus and must meet the following requirements:
-
Space and appropriate courses must be available at the new campus to which the student wishes to transfer,
-
The student must be making satisfactory academic progress,
-
The student must meet the University’s attendance standards,
-
The student must be in good financial and academic standing with the current campus,
-
The student cannot have any violations of the student code of conduct.
Students requesting transfer to a new campus are required to meet with the Director of Financial Aid at their current campus before a campus transfer may be granted. All grades for all course attempts at both old and new campuses will be used to calculate the transferred student’s cumulative grade point average and rate of progress for satisfactory academic progress.
Please Note: The Dental Hygiene program is approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation to be offered at the Orange County campus, so all courses in the Dental Hygiene Program, including general education, must be taken at the Orange County campus.
