SLP 534 Neurogenic Cognitive & Language Disorders with Lab

Assesses the clinical management of the neurogenic cognitive/ language disorders with major emphasis on neuroanatomy and the physiology of abnormal states including functional changes that accompany a particular syndrome or disease.  Topics include associated anatomical and physiological structures, symptoms, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic cognitive/ language disorders across the lifespan.  The lab will integrate the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
